2. Learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. with liberty to file an appeal under Section 14-A of SC/ST Act before the appropriate bench.

3. Not opposed.

4. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the applicant.
