1. The accused/applicants have moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.240/2015, registered at Police Station Patharia, Distt. Mungeli, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302 and 201 read with Section 149 of the IPC.

2. When the Court was about to pass final order on merits, learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw the bail application. He is permitted to do so.
