Learned counsels for the applicants pray to withdraw these instant bail applications filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. and also seek direction to the concerned trial Court that application for regular bail be decided on the same day, if the, applicants surrender and apply for grant of regular bail before the concerned trial Court.

It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail applications filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. are dismissed as withdrawn.

The concerned trial Court is directed to consider on the regular bail application of the applicants, if the, applicants surrender and apply for regular bail before the concerned Court below looking to the fact that the applicants are ladies and decide the same as far as practicable preferably on the same day.
