Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application before the respondent No. 2- State Bank of India for grant of disbursement of loan amount under the Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) but that has not been considered and was rejected on 10.02.2016 against which the petitioner has also made several representations before the respondent authorities but in spite of lapse of more than a year, no loan has been granted to the petitioner.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2- State Bank of India is directed

to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application for grant of loan expeditiously strictly in accordance with law. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
