The petitioner has filed this writ petition restraining respondent No. 5 from interfering in his peaceful possession of the subject property and in the Civil Suit filed by the petitioner-plaintiff being Civil Suit No. 13-A/2013 (Jagannath Yadav v. Aswan Yadav), the Civil Court has already decreed the suit on 01.02.2014 in favour of the petitioner restraining respondent No. 5 to interfere in the land owned by the petitioner-plaintiff. 2.

In view of the above, no writ can be issued in favour of the petitioner.

However, if the petitioner is aggrieved with inaction of the Revenue Authority, he is at liberty to make a representation before the Revenue Authority for redressal of his grievances.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
