This is second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court. No other bail application is pending before any other Court.

Earlier, the first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 26.02.2019 in MCRC No.1120/2019.

Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this petition. 4.

He further submitted that trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial. 5.

As pointed out by the counsel for the applicant 9 witnesses have to be examined by the trial Court.
