1. This is first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of regular bail to the applicant in connection with Crime No. 163 of 2019 registered at Police Station Aarakshi Kendra Bhanpuri, Distt. Bastar (C.G) for the offences punishable u/ss 376(2)(n) & 506 of IPC.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application as many of the witnesses have been examined.
