This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.318/2015, registered at Police Station-Masturi, District-Bilaspur (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 294, 323, 506, 336 and 307/34 of the IPC.

After arguing for fairly long time, when this Court was about to pass the order on merits learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application. 3.
