(1) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.462/2014 registered at Police Station Simga, District Baloda Bazar Bhatapara (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 326(A) read with 34 of the I.P.C. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 07.01.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.
7036/2014.
(3) After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I do not find any new or good ground in the circumstances of the case to entertain this second bail application, therefore, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously.
