1. On 3.7.2019, none appeared for the petitioner. On 26.8.2019, the petitioner was represented by his counsel. Thereafter, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 24.9.2019, therefore, the CRMP was dismissed for want of prosecution.

2. Mr. Sachin Nidhi, Advocate, filed CRMP No.460 of 2020 for restoration, which was allowed on 18.2.2020, however, when the case was listed on 2.3.2020, Mr. Ajay Kumar Chandra,

CRMP No. 1525 of 2019 Advocate, appearing on behalf of Mr. YC Sharma, Advocate, informed that the petitioner has taken back the file from his ofÏce.

3. Today, neither the petitioner has appeared in person nor any counsel is present to press the petition.
