The present petition is against the order dated 20.02.2020 (Annexure P-1) which is an order of termination of the petitioner passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Nawagarh. The petitioner is an Anganbadi worker. It is contended that the services were terminated without giving any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 2.

As per the Chhattsigarh Panchayats (Appeal & Revision) Rules 1995, Rule 3 provides that against the order of like nature, the appeal would lie to the

Collector. Therefore, taking into such facts, if an alternative statutory remedy is available, the petitioner may prefer the necessary appeal before the Collector by taking an aid of Rule 4(2) of the Rules, 1995 within a period of 45 days.
