1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed in the Office of respondent authorities on 17.02.1999, thereafter he his serving the respondents till date. He further submits that the General Administration Department of C.G. had issued a notification dated 05.03.2008 regarding the regularization of the daily wagers but despite that the petitioner has not been regularized.

2. It is contended that the petitioner has already served for more than 20 years as on date. He further referred to the judgement rendered by the Supreme Court in case of Sheo Narain Nagar Vs. State of U.P. reported in (2018) 13 SCC 432 and latest judgement passed in the case of Rajnish Kumar Mishra & ors. Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh & ors.

decided on 13/12/2019 and would submit that under these circumstances the petitioners are liable to be considered for regularization. He further submits that the petitioner has made several representations to the Respondents No. 2 & 3 but the same has not been decided.

3. Considering the submission of the petitioner, the petitioner is given the liberty to make a fresh representation to Respondents No. 2 & 3 within a period of 4 weeks from today. The representation so filed shall be decided by the Respondents No. 2 & 3 within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt a copy of the representation.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the right of the petitioner.
