The judgment of the trial Court and other material annexed with the Cr.M.P. followed by acquittal appeal are hereby perused.

On due consideration, in the considered view of this Court, this is a fit case where leave to appeal be granted. Consequently, the instant Cr.M.P. is hereby allowed.

Registry is directed to list the matter under the head of Acquittal Appeal.

The instant acquittal appeal is preferred after 275 days of its limitation.

For condonation of delay in filing the acquittal appeal, I.A.No.1/15 has been filed.

The appellant is directed to pay P.F. within 7 days from now.

Let notice be issued to the respondents through usual mode and registered mode, returnable within 4 weeks.

Record of the trial Court be called for through usual mode and fax mode.

List the matter for hearing on I.A.No.1/15 after notice to the respondents are complete.
