Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner - Company is ready and willing to execute the decree as passed by the Civil Court but in absence of police help, it cannot be done.

I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to approach before the Executing Court by filing application for assistance of police in executing the decree. In that event, the Executing Court shall consider and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the civil revision stands finally disposed of. Certified copy, as per rules.
