Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application on 04.10.2018 for change of timing on the route Ambikapur to Bhagwanpur via Latori, Songara, Pratappur, however, the same is not decided. Therefore, the respondents may be directed to decide the same within a reasonable time.

Considering the fact that the application of the petitioner is pending since 04.10.2018, without any observation on merit, it is observed that the authority is bounden duty to decide the application. Consequently, it is directed that the application of the petitioner shall be decided within a period of 30 days from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. 3.
