Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been promoted on the post of Assistant Grade-I, however, by the document (Annexure-P-1), she has been posted at Jagdalpur. It is further submitted that the petitioner has left only about one and half years to attain the age of superannuation, therefore, considering the fact that she is a widow lady, the respondents should have considered the issue of posting her at the place

indicated by the DPC in sympathetic manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner is willing to make representation before the competent authority raising her grievance on the above aspect of the matter. 3.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that in the event, the petitioner prefers a representation raising her grievance, as discussed above, before the competent authority within a period of 2 weeks from today, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the representation, at the earliest, preferably within next 8 weeks. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall decide the matter, on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law, without treating any observation made in this order as opinion on the merits of the case.
