2. The applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as they have been arrested in connection with Crime No.98/2021 registered at Police Station- Gandai, District Rajnandgaon, C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 379 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to prosecute this bail application and seeks to withdraw

the same.

5. Accordingly, the bail application MCRC No.5496 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
