(1) The accused/applicant has moved this Second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing her on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 95/2014 registered at Police Station Udaypur, District Sarguja for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
(2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on
merits by order of this Court dated 28.01.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 310/15.
(3) Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any new or good ground to entertain this second bail application, therefore, this second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. Certified copy as per rules.
