Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application for establishment of 'Ananya College of Nursing' and for permission to participate in GNM counselling for the session 2017-18 is pending consideration before the respondent No. 2 -Director Medical Education since 25.09.2017 and has not been considered and decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondents No. 2 and 3 are directed to

consider and decide the petitioner's application / representation expeditiously by 10.11.2017.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
