1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.36/2020 registered in Police Station Pendra, District Gourela Pendra Marwahi for offence under Section 377 of the IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

2. The applicant has sexually assaulted the victim aged about 7 years by showing his private parts and asking the victim to lick it.

3. Considering the nature of allegations and the age of the victim, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage.
