Agrawal Order On Board /0 2 /201 (1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 274/2013 registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar, Ambikapur, District Surguja for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court on 24.08.2015 in M.Cr.C. No.4210/2015. (3) Taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any good ground to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
