This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 260/2011, registered at Police Station Sitapur District (Revenue and Civil) Surguja C.G., for the offence punishable under Section 314/34 of IPC.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and in view of the fact that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined except two witnesses, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt and/or production of a copy of this order and if the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, the applicant would free to revive the bail application. 3.
Copy of this order be sent to the trial Court for information and compliance.

With the aforesaid observation, bail application stands disposed off.
