Versus
State Of Chhattisgarh Through - SHO, P.S. - New Rajendra Nagar, Distt. - Raipur (CG) ---- Respondent Shri Vivek Sharma, counsel for the applicant/s. Ms. Sunita Jain, Panel Lawyer for the State.
Order On Board 18/08/2015 Heard.
The applicant is apprehending her arrest in connection with Crime No.22/14 registered at police station - New Rajendra Nagar, Distt. - Raipur (CG) for alleged commission of offence under Section 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 of Immoral Trafficking Act. 2.
Prosecution case is that the applicant and other co-accused are involved in immoral trafficking and it is alleged that three boys and three girls were recovered from the premises which was being used for commission of immoral trafficking. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is being involved only on unfounded allegations and suspicion though she has nothing to do with the immoral trafficking. He submits that the spot ,wherefrom the recovery is alleged to have been made does not connect the applicant nor is there any material to show that the applicant was also present at the spot wherefrom boys and girls were recovered.
4.
On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that upon arrest of the involved girls, the police enquired from them and the applicant has been named as the person involved in operating the racket in which girls brought from outside on the demands and supplied.
5.
Taking into consideration the nature of allegations against the applicant and that the girls who were arrested have named the applicant and that custodial interrogation of the applicant is necessary, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant.
6.
The application is therefore rejected.
