Shri Pali, learned counsel has filed an application (IA No. 4) for permission to withdraw his power. Permission is granted.

Though, this writ petition was filed in the public interest, Shri Pali has withdrawn his power vide order passed on IA No. 4. In this application, he has stated that he had informed the Petitioner twice by letter and also through mobile to take further steps in the matter but the Petitioner does not seem to be interested in the matter.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed. 4.
