(1) This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with crime No.703/2014 registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Raipur, District Raipur, for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) Counsel for the applicant submits that she may be permitted to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file the same after examination of the material prosecution witnesses.
