This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 37/2015, registered at Police Station Khadgoan Rajnandgaon C.G., for the offence
punishable under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 of I.P.C. and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt and/or production of a copy of this order as some of the prosecution witnesses are already examined. 3.
With the aforesaid observation, bail application stands disposed off.
