Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier petition was disposed off with an

observation that the Collector shall consider the report submitted by the Joint Collector and act in accordance with law.

Almost 1 1⁄2 years elapsed, but no action has been taken in the matter, therefore, the petitioner again approached this Court.

In view of the said application made above, let the Collector to decide the matter as early as possible within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
