This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.150/2014, registered at Police Station-Koni, District-Bilaspur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 452, 201/34 and 120B of the IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application directing the trial Court to expedite the trial.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within forty-five days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
