1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that challenging the termination order dated 11.01.2017, petitioner preferred WPS No. 894 of 2017, before this Court which was disposed of on 21.02.2017 directing the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy.
2. Pursuant to the said order the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Collector Bemetara on 05.07.2017, which has not
been disposed of despite lapse of about 4 months.
3. Considering the entire facts situation case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the appellate authority i.e. Collector Bemetara to consider and decide the petitioner's appeal at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from today.
4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall decide the matter, on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law, without treating any observation made in this order, as opinion on the merits of the case.
