1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken-up through video conferencing.

2. The petitioner has called in question the order dated 17-3-2021 by which the Nayab Tahsildar has directed the petitioner to remove encroachment within seven days.

3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Undisputedly, the order in question dated 17-3-2021 is appealable. The petitioner is granted liberty to file appeal before the Tahsildar within 15 days from today and meanwhile, for the fifteen days, parties will maintain status quo and the petitioner will also not raise any additional construction.
