1. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the Order passed by this Court on 30.08.2018 in WPS No. 5675 of 2018.

2. The respondent has entered his appearance and filed reply, which is enclosed as Annexure R-1 dated 27.06.2019. The respondent in the reply has passed an order allowing the claim of the petitioners and holding them entitled for benefit of revised pay-scale.

3. At this juncture, the petitioner submits that though the order was passed in June, 2019 but till date the actual benefit has not been given to the petitioner.

-24. Given the said fact that, the respondents have complied with the order, so far as taking a decision of granting benefit to the petitioner is concerned. The respondents are also directed to ensure that the order dated 27.06.2019 is complied with in its letter and spirit by extending the benefit to those persons, whose name appear in the said order Annexure R-1 dated 27.06.2019 at the earliest.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the present Contempt Petition stands disposed off.

6. Reserving the right of the petitioner/applicant to approach the Court, in case if the grievance of the petitioner still survives.
