(1) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.104/2010 registered at Police Station Balrampur, District Balrampur for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) Learned counsel for the applicant had been granted bail by order of this Court dated 07.03.2011 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 524/2011 but on 23.03.2015 the applicant could not appear before the trial Court

and his bail application has been rejected on 31.03.2015. (3) After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I do not find any new or good ground to entertain the second bail application, therefore, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously. Certified copy as per rules.
