1. The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition seems to be the inaction on the part of the respondents in not granting/permitting the requisite documents required for the sale of land belonging to the petitioners.

2. According to the counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners had moved an application before the Respondent No. 2 on 06.05.2019, which is pending consideration till date.

3. Given the limited relief that the counsel for the petitioner has sought for, the counsel for the State submits that the matter may be disposed off directing the Respondent No. 2 to process the application of the

-2petitioners in-accordance-with law at the earliest.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off directing the Respondent No. 2 to ensure the consideration of the application filed by the counsel for the petitioners for grant of documents required for the sale of his private owned property in-accordance with law at the earliest, preferably within a period of ninety days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order
