This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.58/2015, registered at Police Station-Mungeli, District-Mungeli (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Since eight witnesses have already been examined, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the bail application directing the trial Court to expedite the trial and decide the same as early as possible preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
