Heard on M.C.C. No. 877/2017 application for restoration of W.P.C. No. 160/2013 which was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2013 on account of order being peremptory in nature. This is also not opposed by the State counsel. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and W.P.C. No. 160/2013 is restored to its original number.
