The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 1.5.2018 passed by this Court in WPS No. 1974/2014. 2.

The said writ petition was disposed of directing the respondents to reconsider the dues paid to the petitioner on his retirement and to ascertain whether any leaves were in his credit on the date of his superannuation and whether the GPF amount released to him was in accordance with the outstanding balance available in the records of the petitioner etc. 3.

Counsel for the respondents today produced before this Court a copy of order dated 13.5.2019 which shows that the respondents had constituted a committee and the said committee duly considered the grievance and claim of the petitioner and the respondents have vide the said order found that the petitioner has paid all his dues in accordance with the rules and no further claim has been left out.

In view of the order dated 13.5.2019 passed by the said committee, the order passed by this Court substantially stands complied with. In case of any grievance of the petitioner which till date has not been redressed, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the authorities by making a suitable representation and at the same time he would have the liberty to approach this Court by way of a fresh petition.
