Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by the Regional Transport Authority, is contrary to settled principles led down by this Court that where more than one application is filed, all those applications are required to be considered together. He submits that the objection has wrongly been rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application of the petitioner ought to be decided alongwith application of respondent no. 3.

May be that petitioner has a strong case, but that by itself can not be a reason for the Court to entertain the petition without insisting on exhaustion of alternative remedy of filing an appeal. It is not a case pertaining to violation of fundamental rights. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is finally disposed off reserving the liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the competent authority raising his all grievances including the grounds raised in this petition.
