1. The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS No. 3302 of 2011 (Annexure A-1) which got dismissed for want of prosecution on 14.07.2020.

2. Considering the fact that the issue involved is a termination of service of the applicant a strong casefor restoration of the writ petition is made out.

3. Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed and WP (S) No. 3302 of 2011

-2stands restored to its original number with a direction to the Registry to ensure that the matter is listed for hearing on the 09.09.2020 in the main list for final disposal at motion stage, on which date there shall be no adjournment granted to the counsel for the applicant.
