1. This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 158/2015 registered at Police Station- Frejerpur (Perpa), District - Baster (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 20(B) of N.D.P.S. Act. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn on 05.01.2016 in M.Cr.C. No. 7390/2015.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submit that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

3. Permission granted.
