(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 118/2015 registered at Police Station Pathria, Distt. Mungeli for the offences punishable under Sections 363,366 & 376 of Indian Penal Code & Section 6 of the POSCO Act, 2012.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, looking to the nature & gravity of the offence; age of the prosecutrix, who is said to be the minor on the date of commission of offence and the 8 witnesses have already been examined, I am not inclined to released the applicant on bail. Thus, the bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
