Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat, Tiwragudi, Janpad Panchayat, Ramanujnagar.
3. The order is appealable under the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999, therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable.
4. Let the petitioner prefer a duly constituted appeal within 30 days from today before the appellate authority and on such appeal being preferred, the appellant authority shall consider and decide the appeal, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 06 months.
