Heard on I.A. No. 02/2018, application for urgent hearing and 03/2018, application for hearing of the case during summer vacation. 2.
On due consideration, the I.A. Nos. 02/2018 and 03/2018 are allowed. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority against his suspension order within a period of ten days from today and, therefore, he seeks to withdraw this writ petition.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.
If such an appeal is preferred by the petitioner within ten days from
today then the Appellate Authority shall consider and decide the said appeal within a period of two months from the date of filing of the appeal. 5.
