Agrawal Order On Board 06/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order dated 16.08.2017 passed by respondent No.3Additional Tahsildar, Barpali under Section 248 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code is unsustainable and bad in law, hence this petition.

(2) I have learned counsel for the petitioner.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file appeal/revision

before the competent authority challenging the impugned order as statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
