Agrawal Order On Board 07/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's objection has been rejected by impugned order dated 05.09.2017 passed by respondent No.2, whereas learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that the impugned order is revisable before the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Raipur. (2) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. (3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file revision before the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Raipur. If such revision is filed by the petitioner before the said Tribunal, in that event the Tribunal
shall consider and decide the same after noticing the parties, expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
(4) The certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after furnishing an attested photocopy thereof.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
