Grievance of the petitioner is that he has moved an application before Respondent No.2/Regional Transport Authority on 28/01/2015 for grant of permanent stage carriage permit on the route Khamhariya to Raipur and back one single trip daily. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the said application expeditiously. 3.
Learned State counsel submits that the application of the petitioner shall be considered and decided along with all pending applications for the concerned route, in accordance with law and on its own merits as expeditiously as possible. 4.
In view of the fact that petitioner's application is pending for orders, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.2 to decide petitioner's application and all other applications pending before it for the concerned route, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
