Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an application before the respondent authorities for demarcation of his land which is pending consideration since 26.02.2016 and has not been considered and decided till date therefore, directions may be issued to expedite the same.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Durg is directed to take effective steps to see that the petitioner's application for demarcation of his land is considered and dispose of expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
