Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board /0 1 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner retired from the services on 30.06.2014 whereas his retiral dues were paid to him on 03.11.2016, as such, he is entitled for interest for the period from 30.6.2014 to 03.11.2016, which has not been paid to him, for which, he may be permitted to make representation to respondent No.1State Government and the same may be directed to be decided

expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and the same is allowed accordingly.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation to respondent No.1- State Government for redressal of his grievances within a period of 10 days from today, that will be considered and decided by the State Government within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation in accordance with law. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
