This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 469/2014, registered at Police Station Ambikapur, District Surguja (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 370, 372, 366A, 376/34 of

I.P.C.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude it within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt and/or production of a copy of this order.
