1. This is third bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court. No other bail application is pending before any other Court.

2. Earlier, the first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 11.02.2019 passed in MCRC No.783 of 2019, his second bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.09.2019 passed in MCRC No.6307 of 2019 considering prima facie case against him.

3. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw the instant bail petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Competent Court under Section 14-A of the SC and ST Prevention of Atrocities Act.

4. Instant MCC is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. Applicant is free to prefer an appeal according to law and procedure before competent Court.
