1. Heard.

2. Petitioner has preferred this petition seeking direction to the CEO Janpad Panchayat, Bilaigarh to relieve her to

enable to join at Government Primary School Basanpali, Block Pussore, District Raigarh.

3. On perusal of the papers annexed with the petition, it does not appear that the CEO Janpad Panchayat, Bilaigarh, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara has issued any order directing the petitioner's transfer to Basanpali, District Raigarh.

4. Let the petitioner move before the CEO Janpad Panchayat, Bilaigarh, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara, within two weeks from today for issuance of an order pursuant to the order issued by the Janpad Panchayat, Pussore, District Raigarh directing mutual transfer of petitioner with Smt Gowri Sidar. The CEO, Janpad Panchayat, Bilaigarh, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara shall, thereafter, pass necessary orders, in accordance with law to relieve the petitioner to enable her to join at Basnapali, District Raigarh.
